Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping at our online store, Mishtyck!

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds

Your item must be damaged.

You must send photographs to the email mishtyck@gmail.com that prove that the article is damaged.

The article must be in the original packaging.

To complete the refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only offer refunds for items sold at the regular price, items on sale cannot be returned.

If the item in question is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.


Goods Not Covered

The following goods are not covered by the returns policy:

gift cards

Health, food and personal care items

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons other than our fault.

Once your claim has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your claim. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
